Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm
Responsibilities:
Liaise with external agencies for the organisation of and/or participation in recruitment events
Securing the logistics, e.g. coordination of transportation, collaterals and mementoes per event
Processing finances and general administration required for the event, including the set-up of virtual booths etc
Track expenditure to ensure expenses are within budget
Consolidate and track feedback from recruitment events
Coordinate with Career Consultants on the event details
Manage the inventory and procurement of recruitment mementoes
Monthly updates to stakeholders (e.g. information centre, recruitment representatives) on recruitment activities
Management of publicity of Work-Learn Schemes, from finances, coordination with stakeholders (e.g. CMPB and vendors for sending of letters, organisation of info sessions, publicity of WLS)
Requirements:
Singapore Citizen
Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
Software/applications
Basic English language proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimally Degree holder
