Company Background:

We are representing our client; a toy distributor company in Subang Jaya, Selangor. They are one of the leading toy distributors and retailers in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for a Trade Marketing Senior Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing & communication strategies.
2. Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
3. Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
4. Lead and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
5. Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
6. Lead activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
7. Assist with the planning and execution of events and roadshows.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or any related discipline.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
4. Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm).
