Job Summary
Strategy
- To execute and deliver towards the growth of Business Banking business in line with Group’s strategies.
Business
- Effectively generating new sales especially cash and FX business by identifying prospects and acquiring new clients.
- Structure appropriate solutions including (but not limited to) cash management, cross-border solutions, treasury products, trade services and investments.
- Proactively building trusted client relationships by maintaining a portfolio of active and growing customers.
- Cross-sell of other banking products including (but not limited to) employee banking, priority banking, guaranteed instalment loans and mortgages.
- Engagement with ecosystem partners for collaboration and partnerships to develop new streams of business referrals.
- Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact, account planning, wallet sizing and pipeline management.
- Identify and prioritize activities to maximize revenue contribution from allocated client portfolio.
- Work effectively across geographic borders with customers to deepen relationships with the Bank.
- Partner with Client Management Team in ensuring all CDD and related policies and procedures are followed and Completion of Sanctions questionnaires, Risk and Responsibility Committee submissions and similar, liaising with the client as necessary.
Skills And Experience
Role Requirements
- University Graduate
- 3 plus years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients.
- Experience servicing local as well as international businesses.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates with sales background is an added advantage.
- Sound product knowledge on cash management, FX and trade services.
- Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations.
