Sales Designer (Background Designer/Construction)

• Identify sales opportunities, meet prospective clients, and convert leads to sales opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Understand client’s requirements and provide recommendations and solutions based on our product offerings.

• Work out preliminary space planning, Design & Production quotation based on the requirements.

• Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients, enabling trust in our products and services.

• Facilitate key communication between clients and team members and collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure overall quality of project delivery in meeting client’s expectations.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, home renovation, and interior design solutions.

• Support fellow team members and the Head of Department or Top Management in any initiatives, plans, and activities as and when required.

• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Develop self-image by displaying a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.

• Execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the company.

• Develop new revenues of qualified leads.

• Take phone calls, lead sheets, and enter all data into the database.

• Report on projected sales & existing clients.

• Initiate meetings that can lead to conversion sales.

• Follow up on new leads and existing leads during the design process.

Job Requirement

1. Possess a diploma in any related discipline
2. At least 2 years of working experience in sales/client servicing in related industries; experience in interior design is an advantage but not compulsory
3. Possess keen interest in design and passion to provide a better design to others, with a good understanding of space planning
4. Customer-oriented, attentive to clients’ needs and enjoy building client relationships
5. Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality, fast learner, and a good attitude
6. Great time management skills and high level of accountability
7. Required Language(s): Malay & English

Basic salary with commission.
