Monitor the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Point of Sales (POS) and online seller center's performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Provide technical support to showroom, ecommerce and HQ staff in addressing inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and offering guidance on platform usage.
Extract and analyze data from online marketplaces and internal systems to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate IT projects, including software implementations, upgrades, and integrations, to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure successful project completion.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, data analysis, enterprise resource planning (ERP), Point of Sales (POS) system, and IT project management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and a plus if have experience in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of some of the e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, Sitegiant Unicart, Sitegiant ERP is an advantage.
