HR Senior Executive/HR Manager/Recruitment Specialist

Looking for a Senior HR/HR Manager/Recruitment Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment: To ensure all marketing and recruiting activities are handled in an efficient manner. To work closely with hiring managers to review resumes and applications. To coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for scheduling appointments for interviews. To conduct recruitment interviews and provide necessary inputs during the hiring process. Work actively on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others to source candidates for specific job positions. Participate in career fairs and university events, conducting career talks.
  2. On-boarding & Off-boarding: Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding activities. To assist in conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. To conduct exit interviews for leavers and record accordingly.
  3. HR Administration & Employee Relations: Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to employees. Handling administration of all employment contract matters including preparing letters such as offer, confirmation, promotion, etc. Contribute to headcount planning in alignment with the expansion plan. Coordinate with the operations department for employee workplace arrangements or transfers. Manage HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Administer benefits, leave, and payroll processes. Handling employee relations such as counseling, issue show cause letters, etc.
  4. Performance Management & Training: Identify training needs and collaborate on designing and delivering programs. Oversee performance processes, including goal setting and reviews. Work with managers to address performance issues and support high-performing teams. Provide coaching for career development and skill enhancement.
  5. Others: Ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
