Responsibilities
Accountable for driving growth in total deposits at the branch level, focusing on both Consumer CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and Commercial Current Account growth.
Track key metrics such as CFS Total Deposit Growth and CFS Total Deposit Net Interest Margin (NIM) to assess financial health and profitability.
Responsible for driving deposits at branches, ensuring smooth fulfillment and support for both consumer and non-borrowing CBD clients, while actively working to increase the penetration rate of cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMD I and RMD II) to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
Actively promote new merchant signups for card services and enhance digital penetration through initiatives like Monthly Active Users (MAE) and Monthly Transactions per User (M2E).
Implement salary crediting programs for individual and corporate clients, including Work+ Company NOC and Work+ Individual NOC, to improve customer engagement and account utilization.
Focus on acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers, particularly in the consumer segment, to expand the customer base and increase deposits.
Qualifications
Previous experience in deposit management or business banking.
Proven ability to support client acquisition and retention initiatives.
Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in managing business accounts and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Understanding of deposit products and business client needs.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
