Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Pharmacist in dispensing medicines and filling prescriptions with care.
2. Establish customer loyalty through the delivery of good customer service standards.
3. Ensure the availability of medicines in the pharmacy at all times.
4. Provide guidance, training, and coaching to the Sales Assistants on general product knowledge.
5. Assist in other operational duties.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

1. A Diploma in Pharmacy or Nursing is required.

Skills and Qualities:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Availability:

1. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
2. 5 days work/week.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
