Aspial is a publicly listed company in Singapore, overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses that include jewellery retail, property development, financial services, hospitality, and resort management. Aspial Lifestyle Business Services (ALBS), located in Malaysia, serves as a shared service business centre, playing a crucial role in supporting the Group’s various operations. The Group features prominent brands such as Maxi-Cash, Lee Hwa, Goldheart Jewelry, and Niessing.

This role provides E-Commerce support for all Aspial Lifestyle business brands (Maxi Cash, Goldheart & Lee Hwa). The role manages the back-end E-Commerce cycle from data management, campaign management to order processing & fulfilment.

  • Maintenance of E-Commerce database (pricing, description, specification, images).
  • Inventory management such as checking to verify available inventory, top-up/replenishment through uploading, removal & replacement of items that have been sold out.
  • Prepare campaign launches & activations through new product images/inventory for uploading, price changes.
  • Assist in Live sale preparation & after-sale event/campaign summary report.
  • Monitor store's arrangement for online orders.
  • Coach the team for service performance.
  • Manage timelines in terms of E-Commerce site/product readiness in preparation for brand activities (Market Place campaigns and In-house website tactical promotions/activations).
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce process flow and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and upload images, descriptions, price and other product details for all launches in addition to monthly activations.
  • Order fulfillment support (to allocate orders to various outlets with available inventory to support fulfillment).
  • Other backend support roles.
  • Monitoring retail gold price and keep updating the selling price on every platform.
  • Execute activities driven by data analytics.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
  • Track and report business outcomes of data-driven insights.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma or relevant certification in E-Commerce, Business Administration, or any other related majors are preferred.
  • Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Understanding of E-Commerce platforms.
  • 5 working days; rest and off days might fall on weekdays during online shopping campaign days.
  • Occasional overtime is required to clear urgent orders.
  • Basic skills in graphics and video editing.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under guidance.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
