Job Description
Lead and develop both direct and indirect sales channels (OEM, Channels, and Distributions).
Build and maintain relationships with end-users and clients, both existing and new, to create a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Support and manage relationships with key global partners and local key accounts.
Drive growth by supporting indirect customers, highlighting our competitive advantages and broad product portfolio, in coordination with Product Management Teams.
Develop a growth strategy for assigned territories in the Asia Pacific region to meet sales targets, focusing on revenue, account retention, and profitability.
Assist the technical department in generating professional proposals and manage contractual negotiations where applicable.
Collaborate with research institutions, suppliers, and technology partners on innovation.
Gain knowledge in Waste Water and Water Reuse to support customers in using Company's technology, and perform technical sales presentations.
Work cross-functionally within the organization to optimize Company's solutions.
Provide leadership with regular updates, customer feedback, and insights.
Responsible for revenue and margin targets.
Implement the overall strategy for the APAC market, in collaboration with the Asia Pacific Managing Director in line with Board expectations.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; MBA or other advanced education in Waste Water Treatment, Reuse, and Recovery is highly preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 7 years of in-depth experience in Water and Wastewater management. Experience in Resource Reuse and Recovery is advantageous.
Proven track record in managing sales and marketing for a multinational company in the APAC region.
Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to understand business conditions and regulatory issues in the APAC region. In-depth knowledge of local laws and compliance strategies in APAC.
Demonstrated integrity and high ethical standards.
Strategic thinker with a willingness to handle operational tasks.
Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
