Company Background:
We are representing our client, a leading health technology company specializing in medical benefits administration. They are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Consultant, based in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
Salary: Up to RM5,000
Working Days: 5 days (24 hours rotational shift schedule)
Channel: Email & Inbound phone call enquiries. Outbound calls for follow-up cases.

Main Responsibilities:
- Attending to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility.
- Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information.
- Manage customers' or clients' feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform post-case administration for future reference.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage.
- SPM holders with experience can be considered.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service in a contact center.
- Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice, with patience in dealing with complex problems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage as you will be dealing with Chinese customers.
