Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  3. Assist on payroll activities, i.e., attendance and overtime tracking.
  4. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  5. Assist on recruitment activities, job posting, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  6. Handle foreign worker documentation, hostel, and others.

Job Requirements

  1. Preferably possess a relevant Diploma qualification.
  2. 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources.
  3. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
