HR Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Job description
Job Responsibility
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist on payroll activities, i.e., attendance and overtime tracking.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist on recruitment activities, job posting, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Handle foreign worker documentation, hostel, and others.
Job Requirements
- Preferably possess a relevant Diploma qualification.
- 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
