About the Company
Our client is a MNC specializing in HVAC manufacturing.

About the Job
In line with their expansion, they are looking for a HR Assistant Manager to lead and oversee the HR operations at the plant. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Employee and industrial relations
  2. Recruitment and training initiatives
  3. Assisting in payroll and attendance tracking
  4. Foreign worker affairs management
  5. Support on HR strategies and improvements when needed

About the Manager/Team
You will be leading 1 HR executive, directly reporting to the Regional HR Manager.

Skills & Experience Required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You have a strong background in manufacturing, well-versed in foreign worker management and labour compliance, with excellent communication skills. Mandarin fluency is required for liaising with internal key stakeholders.
