Scheduler (Kerteh)
Job description
- Create and prepare Delivery Order, BTR for drivers;
- Forward Daily delivery scheduling to drivers;
- Monitor driver’s return documents and update into system;
- Monitor and manage driver’s activities;
- Compile driver’s claim and allowance;
- Ensure documentation accuracy and proper filing;
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports;
- Responsible to report food safety related problems;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of Food Safety Management System (FSSC);
- Ensure all compliance and legal requirements of certified ISO Management System are in place;
- To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess at least Certificate holders or its equivalent;
- Minimum 1 years working experience in similar field;
- Ability to work in demanding environment;
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task;
- Well written and communicate in BM and English;
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills;
