Customer Service Executive (Based in Singapore, Open for Fresh Grad)

Company Background:

We are representing a multi-national workspace company in Singapore. Currently, as they are expanding, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service: Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
  2. Manage customer inquiries: Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
  3. Support member onboarding and offboarding: Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
  4. Contribute to daily operations: Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
  5. Handle administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
  6. Participate in center events: Support member events and company initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in a Customer Service role.
  3. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature).
  5. Type of Visa: Employment Pass/ Work Permit (Depending on the requirements)
  6. Basic salary up to SGD 2,500 + Fixed Allowances
  7. Candidate can choose to stay in JB/ SG.
  8. No of Vacancies - 5 Headcounts
