Business Performance Automation Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Performance Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the identification, design, implementation, and optimization of automated solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enhance organizational productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and drive automation initiatives that align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate and custom scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate existing business processes/performance tracking for inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Provide training and support to end-users and teams on automated solutions.
• Monitor the performance of automated solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Continuously assess and refine automated processes to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business process automation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of BPA platforms and tools (e.g., Power Automate/Power BI).
• Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., VBA, Python).
• Familiarity with database management, APIs, and system integration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes and recommend effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
