Job Description:

Job Summary

  • Understand Marketplace functionality and processes.
  • Optimize key windows and manage weekly sales for Marketplace.
  • Traffic Generation: Drive traffic generation for Marketplace.
  • Main PIC and Stock Management: Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) for enabler and manage stock and tracking for Marketplace.
  • Collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager: Work closely with the digital marketing manager to optimize digital ad ROI, driving leads and conversions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure communication and sales targets for marketplace are met.
  • Plan mechanics to support the marketplace platform, aligning with key objectives.
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of investments versus sales.
  • Preferred knowledge of Shopify.
  • Align with the marketing team to execute online marketing strategies.
  • Have a good understanding of Lazada and Shopify key accounts and backend processes.
  • Track both on-platform and off-platform unique visitors, collaborating with agencies for optimal results.
  • Monitor and report on marketplace platform performance, sharing insights with the marketing team.
  • Manage MP operations and stocks with enabler.

Website Management

  • Create landing pages with on-page designer (modules, implementation) based on window month or any adhoc promotion.
  • Design and develop monthly promotion, product creation, product categorization and promotion pages setup.
  • Adjust or enhance content monthly based on SEO optimization.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess a Degree in Graphic, Web, Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
  2. Excellent command of written and spoken English. BM & Chinese will be an added advantage.
  3. Minimum 1 year of working experience in web mastering.
  4. Experience in Shopify or 91apps is an added advantage.
  5. Familiar with designing applications for editing and enhancing graphics.
  6. Good understanding of principles of brand identity design (color, imagery, typography, layout). Familiar with design and creation of email marketing platforms e.g., Mailchimp, Iterable.
  7. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Canva.
