Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduates Welcome: No prior experience required; training provided.
Language Skills: Proficient in English & Bahasa (spoken and written).
Customer Service Experience: An advantage but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a pleasant phone demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer usage.
Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently.
