DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibility: To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. This includes managing projects that improve operational efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and support the organization's strategic digital goals. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and ensure digital initiatives align with business needs. Contribute to the development of the organization's digital strategy and transformation roadmap. Analyze current processes and workflows, identifying areas where digital solutions can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools and processes. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital transformation projects using key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, budgets, and meeting notes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Information Technology/Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in project management, with at least 2 years in digital transformation or digitalisation projects. Proven track record of managing complex digital projects from initiation to delivery. Salary RM8K and above.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Trello) and business process mapping tools.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, automation, AI, data analytics, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
