Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initializing, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Ensure Warehouse efficiency and performance is monitored and reported in a timely manner
• Control inventory levels and maintain a healthy warehouse space
• Facilitate stock-take of warehouse inventory
• Maintain Warehouse Staff by selecting, orientating, training, monitoring, coaching, counselling and disciplining Warehouse Employees
• Lead investigations on any non-compliances and propose, discuss, plan and execute improvement projects

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in Warehouse or equivalent.
• Experience in using AutoCount will be an advantage.
