About the job (A) Brand Executive (Senior or AM)
We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive to support the senior regional brand manager in developing, overseeing executing marketing plans, brand launches, manage the existing portfolio of products and implement, track and optimize insight-driven marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Prefer someone that is more in tune to modern trade channel Guardian/Watsons/Sasa/ other related pharmacy.

Key Responsibility Area - Support Marketing Planning & Execution
- Plan and implement an annual marketing activity including digital marketing campaigns, BTL/Trade Marketing promotions (in-store, roadshows, direct mailers, POSMs) and innovations.
- Based on market and consumer insights, support the development of integrated marketing and budget plans that meet business objectives.
- Proactively partner with Commercial and Cross-functional teams in deliverables including KPI tracking and execution.
- Track KPIs and optimize marketing activities based on business results.
- Manage creatives and content and work closely with the creative team.
- Support the development of digital & social media strategies for the Malaysia Market to raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and sales.
- Offer any ad hoc support to Brand manager as advised.
- Work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver the marketing plan in a timely and cost-effective basis.
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-6 years in FMCG industry including hands-on experience in supporting the creation of compelling digital and BTL marketing strategies that have led to achievement of business KPIs.
- Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
