PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee, Civil Routine Maintenance (Batu Pahat, Johor)

Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

• Document maintenance activities, including materials used, work completed, and issues identified.
• Prepare reports on road conditions and maintenance progress for review by supervisors.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining safety signage and barriers at work sites.
• Support the operation and maintenance of tools and equipment used for roadwork.
• Assist in conducting regular road inspections to identify maintenance needs (e.g., potholes, cracks, drainage issues).
  
  

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of road construction and maintenance principles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
