IT Project Manager

Job Description

Focus on coordinating the project, organizing people, time, resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion to meet business needs. Manage the project while inspiring those who work around them to create their vision. Plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

Job Responsibilities

1. Take up the responsibility of managing the entire project from an IT perspective.
2. Help define the project scope, goals, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, document, report, and track progress to be shared with the team and all stakeholders.
4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
5. Lead projects by ensuring scheduling, delegating, and monitoring project tasks, and reviewing project deliverables.
6. Responsible for all project communication, including project status reporting and organizing project meetings and discussions of action items.
7. Ensure that Project Management’s enterprise standards, guidelines, and methodologies (i.e., Bank’s SDLC) are in place and adhered to throughout the project.
8. Plan and coordinate internal/external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. In case of resource constraints, work together with the Tech Lead and respective Application Head to increase or adjust resources accordingly to ensure smooth project execution until project completion.
