TEAM SALES

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing livestream back-end related matters (e.g., streamer management, vouchers, banners, etc.).
2. Act as back-end admin during official live shows to ensure a smooth flow.
3. Respond to customer and seller inquiries on livestream.
4. Generate creatives for ad-hoc livestream requests.
5. Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. Prepare and manage materials (images, videos, and reels) for daily social media posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee Mall Feed Post, and Story.
7. Prepare, manage, and maintain product catalogs on the website and marketplaces.
8. Be creative in creating and editing videos for social media content.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
