About the role

G.B. INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products to our target audience.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Creating engaging content, such as social media posts, blog articles, and marketing collateral, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Overseeing the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content, and participating in trade fairs to ensure they align with the company's brand and messaging.
• Driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success in the industrial market.
• Gathering market information on new products, customer trends, and being informed of government initiatives that affect market conditions.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines.
