(A) Bridge Engineer

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce or manage the production of design and construction documents for bridges from concept through construction under minimal supervision.
• Provide technical support and undertake technical analysis and design of highway bridges and other structures, including developing new methods and techniques to complete complex bridge or elevated highway structures.
• Undertake and project manage rail and road bridges, and associated structural engineering schemes, from inspection and assessment, feasibility through to detailed design.
• Demonstrate experience in managing complex road and bridge projects and meeting delivery requirements.
• Utilize effective oral and written communication skills.
• Site experience for bridge construction projects would be an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Honors Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design work.
