Job description

Responsibilities

  • Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
  • Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
  • To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
  • To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
  • To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective in multitasking, fast-learner and a strong team-player
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
