Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective in multitasking, fast-learner and a strong team-player
