Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling counter transactions
• Cross-sell banking products and services
• Provide excellent services to customers

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE
• 6 months solid sales experience in Teller, Hotel Front Desk Staff
• Attentive to detail and customer-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet service targets
• Excellent spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin a plus
• Proficient in PC applications
