Audit Manager / Audit Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and lead a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
• Manage the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Prepare job allocation planning and manage the capacity of the staff force.
• Review audit files.
• Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
• Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firm's standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to team members on their personal growth and career progression.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or Professional Qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/CIMA.
• Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, with 3 - 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• High technical ability and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive, innovative, and self-driven.
• Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent client and staff relations.
• Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude.
