Job description

With over 50 years of industry experience, we are a trusted and leading supplier of poultry equipment, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  2. Source products and liaise with suppliers to meet customer requirements.
  3. Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
  4. Arrange the shipment of products from the warehouse to customers.
  5. Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Assist with general office administration and documentation tasks.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team player.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of the poultry industry or equipment supply business is an advantage but not mandatory.
