Hiring Safety Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sendayan, Seremban

Salary: RM6,000.00 – RM7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
2. Enforce company policies and procedures and Safety and Health Regulations and Standards.
3. Observe work in progress and assure safety equipment is worn and procedures followed.
4. Suggest corrections and follow up to correct violations.
5. Analyze hazards and develop ergonomic risk assessments for public and non-public areas.
6. Develop policies and plans to reduce employee risk.
7. Administer occupational injured workers programs and Workers’ Compensation.
8. Resolve complaints and suggest corrective actions to management.
9. Ensure employee safety training, classroom lectures, demos, and hands-on instruction.
10. Review accidents and suggest measures to prevent similar future incidents.
11. Prepare narrative reports on incidents impacting the resort.
12. Familiarize with resort operations on policies and procedures of divisions.
13. Execute effective safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene programs.
14. Evaluate risks and hazards and suggest corrective actions.
15. Interpret, apply, and explain suitable safety and environmental laws, codes, and guidelines.

Additional Requirements:

Holds 3-4 years’ experience in food manufacturing or any manufacturing background.

Holds Yellow book.

Within age of 30 to 40 years old.
