We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Media Specialist to manage and optimize our media buying strategies for high-impact promotional events, including 11.11 (Singles' Day), Pay Day promotions, and other key shopping dates.
This role requires a deep understanding of media strategy, performance tracking, and effectiveness, focusing on leveraging event-driven insights to refine future strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with media agencies to develop and execute targeted media strategies for key events, including 11.11, Pay Day, and other seasonal sales.
Leverage historical data and insights from past campaigns to optimize media buying and campaign performance for high-conversion events.
Analyze and track performance metrics in real-time, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Develop and manage budgets for media buys, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment during these major events.
Lead post-event analysis to assess media effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and apply these learnings to future campaigns.
Communicate with internal teams and media agencies to ensure a seamless strategy implementation, focusing on real-time tracking and campaign optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms with a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing / hands-on experience managing online sales channels.
Proven experience in media buying and strategy development for e-commerce, particularly during major sales events like 11.11 and Pay Day.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights and apply them to optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with digital media tools and platforms, and a track record of effectively managing media strategies that drive results.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with media agencies and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on measuring and improving media effectiveness based on past event performance.
