Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver parcels to end customers.
• Enhance the last mile delivery experience to our end customers with Zalora Express fleet.
• Pick up and deliver various packages to specified locations as per the delivery instructions provided by dispatch staff.
• Verify addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure that there are no errors.
• Carefully plan travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered to recipients in a timely manner.
• Ensure packages are protected to prevent damage during delivery.
• Collect payments as required and ensure that the correct amounts have been received.
• Regularly communicate with dispatch staff to provide delivery updates and receive instructions for new deliveries.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level/Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre U/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess a legal motorcycle driving license.
