Job Description & Summary

A career in our Accounting Solution team, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their accounting function across unique but ever-changing accounting specialties.

Our team provides our clients with outsourced accounting based on their niche and business need. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  1. Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
  2. Prepare management reports and other accounts related matters, including AP, AR, FA, GL.
  3. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  4. Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with local accounting requirements.
  5. Communicating with clients and gathering information about a client’s account and timelines.
  6. Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
  7. Liaison with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries.
  8. Generation of monthly billings to clients and monitor collections.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Recognized University Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification or related discipline.
  2. Possess minimum 1 year of work experience. Open to fresh graduates as well.
  3. Must be familiar with accounting standards and frameworks such as MFRS, MPERS, etc.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software.
  6. Excellent teamwork and client handling skills.
  7. Well organized, able to multitask and prioritize portfolios.
  8. Experience in outsourcing environment an added advantage.
