About the Role
As an E-Commerce Support Assistant Intern, you will be a key part of our growing e-commerce operations. Based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, this role provides a unique opportunity to work with a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Uploading and maintaining product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
2. Following up on parcel returns, refunds, failed delivery parcels, and order cancellation tracking.
3. Supporting social media platforms by managing and scheduling content for e-commerce campaigns.
4. Assisting with market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, monitoring feedback, and resolving issues.
6. Generating and analyzing sales and performance reports.
7. Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
8. Ensuring consistent branding across all e-commerce and digital channels.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who have the following:

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. A creative and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
