As the E-Commerce Supervisor at SNF Cake Ingredients Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in overseeing and driving the company's online sales and digital presence. Based in Alor Setar, Kedah, this full-time position will see you managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery to customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the company's e-commerce platform and online sales channels, optimising performance and user experience
2. Oversee the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
3. Monitor online sales and customer feedback, implementing strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services online
5. Analyse sales data and web analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the management team
6. Supervise and provide guidance to the e-commerce team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent customer service

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the sales or retail industry
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
5. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
6. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry or experience in a similar fast-paced, customer-centric environment would be an advantage
