E-commerce Specialist -(Tiktokshop/ Shopee/ Lazada)

Soku racing is a car accessories shop located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

We are looking for an E-commerce executive in the car accessories industry.

We sell car accessories that cater to the mass market and are currently trying to fine-tune our business to ensure all our income streams are optimized.

Soku racing aims to be one of the top few car accessories shops in terms of online presence in the next few years.

We are currently looking for a passionate E-commerce executive to join our team and help us reach our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain & hit E-commerce sales target for Shopee & Tiktokshop.
2. Daily maintenance of all our online shopping platforms.
3. Packing of goods & fulfilment of orders on all online shopping platforms.
4. Optimising our shopping platforms for user experience.
5. Ensuring that listed prices & products are accurate & up to date.
6. Achieving preferred + seller status on Shopee & low violation points on Tiktokshop.
7. Organising & implementing organic marketing tools such as payday sale, 11.11, 12.12, bundle deals, add-on deals, etc.
8. Quarterly update of home shop page pictures & products.
9. Maintaining chat response & helping customers troubleshoot issues they face with our products.
10. Taking care of refunded parcels, return items & disputing customer's refunds when necessary.
11. Maintaining high chat response on all E-commerce platforms (Shopee & Tiktokshop).

Job Requirements:

1. Photoshop/Canva (Must know how to edit product photos with watermark).
2. 1-2 years of experience in managing and driving e-commerce business.
3. E-commerce platforms (Must be familiar with uploading products, implementing marketing campaigns & optimising shopping platforms).
4. Minor video production skills (shooting & editing).
5. Mandarin fluency will be an advantage.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10AM - 7PM
Saturday: 10AM - 3PM
Sunday: Off

Compensation:

1. EPF & SOCSO
2. Basic salary
3. Commission on sales
4. Allowance
5. Extra bonus if sales target is hit
