This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to join the vibrant team at 17 BEAUTY HOUSE in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's online sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on expanding their presence in the digital and search marketing landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective e-commerce sales and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive revenue growth
• Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platform, online marketplaces, and social media channels
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and refine marketing tactics
• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience
• Monitoring and analysing website and e-commerce performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies
• Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales and digital marketing, preferably within the health and wellness industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising e-commerce platforms and online marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and content creation
• Proficient in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for the health and wellness industry
