E-commerce Operations Specialist

Company Profile:
We are a reputable apparel wholesaler based in Malaysia, specialising in apparel and fur products business. With the booming of e-commerce, we are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimise our online business to enhance sales and brand presence.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
2. Plan and execute online sales activities to enhance shop traffic and conversion rate.
3. Monitor and analyse e-commerce platform data to adjust operation strategy in time.
4. Manage product shelves, inventory updates, promotional activities, etc. to ensure smooth operation of the online shop.
5. Collaborate with marketing team to develop online promotion programme to enhance brand exposure.
6. Follow up customer orders and after-sales service, deal with customer problems in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operation, experience in apparel industry is preferred.
2. Familiar with the operation rules and processes of mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
3. Skilled in using data analysis tools, able to optimise operation strategy through data.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to complete projects independently.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
