Major Duties and Responsibilities
Managing daily operations such as order processing, logistics, stock level, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Conducting sales analysis while identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Providing monthly sales performance and promotion activities update.
Generating and submitting sales reports and reports for social media content & e-commerce.
Liaising with warehouse on delivery arrangements for confirmed orders.
Tracking sales trend and providing in-depth data analysis on products and consumers.
Ensuring excellent customer service through communicating with clients to understand needs, respond to queries promptly, offer solutions to their problem and monitor customer reviews.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Providing support, engage, and align multiple functions, to ensure stock availability, delivered OTIF (On Time, In Full) to the end consumers by lead planning for launches and stocks pipelining, including listing and upload of codes in systems and implementing and align with respective stakeholders on all initiatives relating to execution.
Working closely with relevant parties to lead monthly stock count and audit.
Liaising and working closely with the team for on-site marketing support and payment/transaction related matters.
Providing support in other areas of Media Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, and Paid social media.
Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Management/ Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in Business Development and E-Commerce in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry.
Possessing a strong knowledge of the e-commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
Sound knowledge and experience in planning, researching, data analysis, forecasting, project management and sales side of running a business.
Strong analytical skill, attention to detail, be sensitive in numbers and data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage for dealing and building meaningful relationships with all levels of clients.
Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’.
Proactive, self-starter, organized, able to priorities and thrive in high-pressure situations and meeting deadlines.
Strong ability to work across different multi platforms and departments, independently with minimal supervision and also be a good team player with strong interpersonal skill where frequent collaboration across functional teams or company is necessary.
Outgoing, enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, honest, accountable, well-groomed and well-maintained professional image.
Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office, other relevant software and applications.
Possess own car and willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
