Responsible for the assigned sales target & budget and also to achieve profitability from the online business.
Report to the head of E-Commerce manager on all online sales-related works, activities to execution of E-Commerce campaigns on the 3rd party platform (e.g., Lazada & Shopee), and own Dunlopillo E-Store.
Assist in product development ideas, developing new creative ideas and concepts for the new online-product campaigns, aligned with company branding and marketing strategies.
Responsible for liaising with in-house/external advertising agencies for all graphic, art, and creative-related activities to support the online sales activities.
Monitor the daily sales performance of online business.
Responsible for the sales operation workloads from online platforms, completing the online sales process, e.g., the daily routine of processing orders & billing execution, online customer service & inquiry.
Responsible for covering all online sales scopes such as campaign submissions, uploads of products, creatives, changes of campaign, visuals, banners, etc.
Work closely with the marketing department on the 4Ps marketing execution, to achieve and to develop the objective online business.
Work with the marketing team for the company’s digital presence, including social media accounts, SEO, SEM, and online advertising, if needed.
Analyzing data and traffic to improve online performance.
Works closely with other departments such as warehouse, COCC, delivery, and any relevant parties to ensure the online sales process is smooth.
Other duties as assigned on the business development of the online business.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business or Design or equivalent.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Required Language: Mandarin/Cantonese & English, fluent in spoken and written.
Must be Computer literate with efficiency in Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and PowerPoint presentation.
Possessing basic knowledge and proficiency in graphic designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop will be an added advantage, although not absolutely necessary.
Responsible, detail-oriented, self-starter and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or home furnishings industry (value added-advantage).
Well-mannered, organized, and dedicated, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and good project management skills.
Strong networking abilities, resourceful, and a multi-tasker.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and market research techniques.
Experience in working with creative agencies on marketing-related works.
Committed and possess strong passion for the online business.
Possess own transport and willing to work in Subang Jaya head office.
