Job description

Your role in HEINEKEN

This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.

As an e-Commerce Marketing Manager, you are responsible for strategizing and driving digital marketing activities for eB2B and eB2C. You will be an advocate for the value of first-party data and responsible for CRM optimization of the customer journey as a marketing channel. You will partner with brand and media teams to ensure eCommerce is an integral part of key brand campaigns, sponsorships, and events.

You will also:

  1. Monitor efficiencies in marketing spends (ATL/BTL)
  2. Ensure the right reach of audience with the targeted conversion rates
  3. Implement effective campaigns with the right use of marketing channels

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in Online Retail or the FMCG industry.
  3. Solid understanding of Malaysia eCommerce platforms, underlying (back-end) systems, and business models.
  4. Strong data-driven analytical skills, coupled with a strong marketing foundation.
  5. Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital marketing tactics.
