Responsible & ownership for all client brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok.
Develop, plan and execute e-commerce strategy to ensure business growth at marketplace such as sales promotion, store operation, social media and brand exposure.
Negotiate and discuss plan e-commerce activities, campaigns and promotions together with Brand team.
To manage entire store operations for client / brand.
Strong communication skill with clients, e-commerce platform PIC & internal team.
Data Analytics – To review and analyze data which is pertinent to the brand to drive performance and suggest countermeasures.
To explore and improve e-commerce platform sales by effectively utilizing all available and upcoming e-platform marketing tools.
Requirement:
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operation.
Familiar with the operation rules and processes of mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage.
