Job description

Ecommerce Marketing Executive will assist manager in managing online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, content maintenance, campaign planning, order & inventory management for online business platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and company digital sales platform).

What's your role?

  1. Driving sales performance on e-commerce marketplaces.
  2. To assist manager to manage e-Commerce day to day activities for online platforms (Shopee, Lazada and company digital sales platform).
  3. Working closely with various stakeholders to produce marketing material, content, visuals and ensure project launch according to schedule; enable best customers’ experience and engagement.
  4. To assist manager for end-to-end campaign planning, promotion and pricing.
  5. Issue invoices & monitor the stock movement of all products on e-commerce platforms and update inventory SKU in all online platforms to maintain healthy stock level.
  6. Analyze and present performance report or market analysis to Management or brands (must be data-driven).
  7. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly / monthly sales by platforms, offer code performance and new product sell through.
  8. Ability to manage special / ad-hoc projects pertaining to e-commerce upgrade and growth.
  9. Work closely with the marketing and design team on digital marketing assets creations such as upload banner/teasers on the online business platforms.
  10. To assist manager in monitoring sales performance of online business platforms and prepare sales order report on weekly/monthly basis.

Who’s there to support you?

We have dedicated Graphic Designer and Content team to aid you in production of multimedia materials needed for product listing on all marketplace store. You will be working closely with our Procurement and Warehousing team for stock and shipment related issues.

You will be involved in various internal training and sharing sessions about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming sessions and decision-making meetings.

Qualification and Education Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce platform, ideally using Shopify/WooCommerce/Lazada/Shopee. Training will be provided.
  3. Strong data analytical skill with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Pleasant and possess good communication skills and customer-oriented.
  5. Equipped with basic understanding about micro-economics theory (demand, supply and price).
  6. You are a creative and strategic thinker with strong customer orientation.
  7. You are having fun in a fast-paced digital environment and are technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.
  8. Ability to take initiative, work independently and understand others as part of a team.
