E COMMERCE MARKETING CUM GRAPHIC DESIGNER

ELUXGO HOLDINGS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic and creative E-Commerce Marketing Cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving the company's online marketing and brand identity efforts.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across our online platforms.
• Creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics, imagery, and multimedia content for our website, social media channels, and other digital marketing assets.
• Optimising website and e-commerce performance through data analysis and continuous improvements.
• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Managing and executing e-commerce campaigns and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Planning and managing online sales, marketing, promotion, and advertisement.
• Managing all online sales orders and updating product information, inventory, and promotion details on the website and marketplaces.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within the Marketing & Communications and Marketing Communications industries.
• Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually captivating and effective content.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level/Diploma or equivalents.
• Full-time position.
• Knowledge in Graphic Design will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with own transport.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Good command of both spoken & written: Mandarin, English, Malay.
• Computer knowledge in documentation & software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Familiar with the operation rules and processes of mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, TikTok & other social media.
• With EPF, SOCSO & EIS contribution.
• 5 working days per week (9 am – 6 pm including 1 hour lunch time).
• Annual Leaves & Medical Leaves and entitlement.
• Hospitalization Leaves & Maternity/Paternity Leaves.
