E-Commerce Intern

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

Roles:

1. Assist leader in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Zalora and Lazada.
2. Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance).
3. Explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales (Python, HTML will be an added advantage) for web crawling competitor pricing (if possible).
4. Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
5. Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
2. Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
3. Fast learner and committed to getting the job done.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Google Sheets.
5. Knowledge of local E-commerce / Toys / Beauty industries will be a plus.
