Improve website and marketplaces content within brand guidelines, ensuring online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content to optimize user experience.
Execute E-commerce daily operation, plan and monitor sales and promotions to meet KPI.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for online business through social media and search engines.
Identify market trends, potential products, target audience, and competitor activities in online market.
Handle online customer enquiries and complaints timely and professionally.
Monitor and improve inventory and fulfilment flow to meet customer expectations.
Maintain good business relationship with E-commerce market places
What are required?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in E-commerce is required for this position.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Able to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, dynamic, responsible, good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
