Job description
  • Manage the company's e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (E-newsletter) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze user behaviour, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
  • Be responsible for daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting and support the manager, e-commerce in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Implement strategies to optimize search engine visibility, improve website rankings, and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and service providers to support e-commerce operations and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on e-commerce performance, KPIs, and initiatives.
  • Support the last mile processes (end-to-end operations, fulfilment & customer service) to ensure the success of order processing, on-time delivery, and returns.
