What You’ll Do:

• Oversee our e-commerce platforms, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience.
• Manage the product listing process on various e-commerce platforms, including the company website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by managing product availability, pricing, and customer inquiries.
• Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor performance, and track customer behavior.
• Work closely with marketing to align our e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain at the forefront of e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Management, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Company Website).
• Proficient in designing tools (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Malay, and English. Multilingualism is preferred.
