E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibility

1. Oversee and manage online marketplaces, including Lazada, Shopee, and the company’s website.
2. Manage daily operations related to e-commerce orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
3. Monitor inventory and reorder stock when needed.
4. Ensure accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to online sales.
6. Process online orders efficiently, coordinating with warehouse teams for timely delivery.
7. Assist with the preparation and execution of promotions and sales on e-commerce platforms.
8. Keep records of daily and weekly sales and report any issues.
9. Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with company policies, especially related to pharmaceutical products.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or pharmacy industry.
5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
6. Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
7. Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-commerce management tools and warehouse management system.
9. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
